Team Platform

Northgate
Collective
Rebuild

A four-office team platform rebuilt around the way their agents actually sell.

Design sample — built to demonstrate the layout, not a client engagement.

Overview

Four offices, one website, and four completely different ideas of how it should work.

Northgate had grown by absorbing three smaller teams, and each arrived with its own habits — one worked almost entirely from Instagram, one lived in email campaigns, one had built a genuinely good spreadsheet nobody wanted to give up. The shared website served none of them well.

Rather than pick a winner, we spent the discovery phase working out what was actually common underneath and building the platform around that, with room for each office to keep the parts that were working.

Approach

One platform, four front doors, and a shared listing spine underneath all of them.

Every office gets its own landing experience — its own roster, tone, featured content, and campaign pages — while listings, search, and agent data run through one shared system. An agent moving between offices carries their profile and their listing history with them, which was impossible before.

The social-first office got a listing-to-story export that produces correctly cropped assets in their brand template. The email-first office got campaign landing pages they can spin up themselves. The spreadsheet became a proper pipeline view. None of that required forking the platform.

Intent

Multi-office rebuilds die on adoption, so nobody is asked to abandon what works.

Platform rebuilds in multi-office teams usually fail the same way: one office quietly keeps using the old thing. The architecture here is shaped around that risk — four distinct front doors, so no office is asked to give up a workflow that already works for them.

The shared spine underneath is where the operational gain sits. Listings are entered once and appear everywhere they should, agent transfers take minutes, and reporting covers all four offices from one dashboard instead of four stitched-together exports.

What we built

Multi-Office Architecture

Four distinct front doors sharing one listing, search, and agent system.

Portable Agent Profiles

Profiles and listing history that follow an agent across office transfers.

Listing-to-Story Export

One-click social assets, correctly cropped and templated to the office's brand.

Self-Serve Campaign Pages

Landing pages the marketing lead can build without a developer.

Pipeline View

The spreadsheet that worked, rebuilt as a proper shared view.

Unified Reporting

One dashboard covering all four offices instead of four separate exports.
